Requirements
What you should bring / requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the gastronomy or hotel industry
- Experience in a comparable position / comparable company
- Knowledge of duty roster creation
- Management of the service team
- Responsibility for a smooth service process
- Collaboration / planning of events
- Table allocation / table allocation for our guests
- Designing the restaurant according to the F&B manager's specifications
- Collaboration in the creation of the wine and bar menu
- Daily recommendation of wines to accompany meals, aperitifs and digestifs (sommelier knowledge)
- Weekly team meetings
- Smooth cooperation with the kitchen team
