Your responsibilities (aka the daily hustle and bustle):

• You organize the colorful buffet operations and keep everything under control when forks clatter, children laugh, and broccoli dances.
• You lead, plan, and coordinate the service team—charmingly, clearly, and with a dash of Frida’s sparkling magic.
• You’ll make sure our buffet always shines, is filled with delicious aromas, and has guests humming “Mmm!” with delight.
• You’re a host with a heart: welcoming families, waving to kids, chatting with Grandma Erna—and always ready to listen.
• You ensure order, cleanliness, and hygiene—so our colorful market hall always sparkles with joy.
• You are the face of the restaurant: friendly, present, solution-oriented, and with the smile of a cinnamon star fairy.
• You handle schedules, orders, and operations—and turn organization into pure Frida magic.
• You work hand in hand with the kitchen, reception, and entertainment team—because in this crazy house, everyone dances the service samba together!
