The Obergurgl University Center is part of the University of Innsbruck. We are looking for a motivated service staff member to join our conference and seminar operations. You will support our service team in treating our guests to culinary delights from our kitchen and wine cellar. We offer you a varied and challenging role within a dynamic team. Requirements
Our conference and seminar center in Obergurgl can accommodate 90 people. The restaurant, which includes a day bar, has seating for 100. We do not offer à la carte service.
We always know exactly how many guests will be attending each meal in advance, which ensures a high degree of planning reliability. Our long-time restaurant manager is leaving us at his own request for family reasons.
Working closely with the manager at the University Center, you will create the work schedules for your department, handle purchasing, design the beverage menu, collaborate with our head chef on the presentation of our food offerings, and actively participate in daily operations.
You will find the necessary support from the manager of the University Center in all work processes.
