We are looking for a Reception Manager who wants to shape the future together with the Central team!

Responsibilities:

Management of the reception team of up to 10 people
Arrival and departure management for guests
Induction, motivation and training of the reception team
Reservations and preparation of offers as well as general guest communication
Scheduling and complaint management
Close cooperation with the other departments in the hotel
German and conversational English, any other language is a plus

Requirements

Professional experience
Very good MS-Office knowledge
Experience with Protel an advantage
Written and spoken German and English
Additional languages an advantage
Well-groomed and friendly appearance
Organizational talent as well as structured and clean work
Multitasking skills

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
