Requirements
We are a family-run mother-daughter business. The reception/office is the central area, the "head" of our hotel. The receptionist/secretary is the boss's right-hand woman and is responsible for reservations, check-in/check-out, room bills and collecting hotel bills, correspondence, etc. Friendliness and warmth are very important to us.
During the peak season in July and August, we accommodate a maximum of 65 guests. We have approximately 40 guests in the main building/hotel (classic and superior double rooms) and 6 suites in the lake house directly on the lake. There is also a cozy hotel bar. A fabulous spa, sauna, and steam bath. The summer season starts off rather quietly at the beginning of May and lasts until the beginning/middle of October, then we have company holidays and reopen for the winter season from around December 18 to around the first week of March. Then we close again until the beginning of May. We also have a country house, 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, Landhaus Sonneck, which belongs to us, with 4 vacation apartments, where the hotel reception also handles reservations and billing.

Working hours: NO EVENING SHIFT, working hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break

Offer
Our long-standing employee is retiring and we are looking for a successor from fall 2026 or from the winter season 26/27.
Full-time position possible or summer and winter season. Accommodation: Very nice apartment, 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, or apartment approx. 65 m² with balcony available nearby.
5 or 6 days a week, no split shifts and no evening shifts. Day off can be chosen freely.
Lake Weissensee is a fantastic area for nature lovers, with swimming, hiking, cycling, etc. in summer. We have a beautiful beach for employees, bicycles, boats, etc.
In winter, ice skating, skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking...
