Requirements
Tasks at the front office:
- Professional organization of the reception area
- you and your team offer our guests exceptional Austrian hospitality at the highest level
- Professional handling of all commercial and organizational tasks in the reception area
- Front office program "Protel"
What we expect from you:
- Experience in the upscale Austrian hotel industry
- Knowledge of the hotel program "Protel" is an advantage
- Language skills: Fluent English and another foreign language an advantage
- Completed tourism training and professional experience as a receptionist
