Requirements
You have the following:
- A degree in hotel management, wellness management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience in the spa or wellness sector, ideally in the luxury hotel industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong numerical skills
- A strong focus on service and quality
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Interest in wellness, health, and longevity
- Excellent command of German and English
- Confident, professional demeanor
