Your responsibilities:
- Guest reception and support: You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and will ensure they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
- Check-in and check-out: You’ll handle the entire arrival and departure process in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Information and advice: You’ll assist guests with advice and support, answering questions about our hotel, our offerings, and the surrounding area.
- Restaurant: When needed,you’ll assist your colleagues in the restaurant by serving drinks or waiting tables.
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Hospitality: You love interacting with people and always have a smile on your face.
- Organizational skills: You keep a clear head even in stressful situations and work in a structured manner.
- Team spirit: You’re a true team player and enjoy pitching in.
- Language skills: You speak German and English fluently.
- Flexibility: You’re willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in reception or guest services is a plus, but not required—we’ll be happy to train you!
