Description
Are you a real team player and love direct contact with guests? Then Berghaus Schröcken is the right place for you!
Your tasks:
- Guest reception and care: You are the first point of contact for our guests and make sure that they feel at home from the very first second.
- Check-in and check-out: You handle the entire arrival and departure process in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Information and advice: you provide guests with help and advice and answer questions about our hotel, the offers and the surrounding area.
- Restaurant: if required, you will help your colleagues in the restaurant at the bar or when serving guests.
Requirements
Your profile:
- Hospitality: You love dealing with people and always have a smile on your face.
- Organizational talent: You keep an overview even in stressful situations and work in a structured manner.
- Team spirit: You are a real team player and like to lend a hand.
- Language skills: You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility: You are willing to work evenings or weekends.
- Experience: Initial experience in the reception area or in guest services is an advantage, but not a must - we will be happy to train you!
