Requirements

- Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the reception/service area is an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance, very good manners and strong communication skills
- Organizational talent, team spirit and a structured way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Friendliness, cordiality and discretion
