You’ll regularly coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll represent our organization to clients and guests. You’ll be responsible for event accounting and invoice verification. You’ll develop new event ideas
Requirements
Several years of experience in event management; a degree in event management is a plus; prior experience in the tourism industry is a plus; fluency in German and English; ability to work under pressure and independently; attention to detail; flexibility and the ability to work well in a team; service-oriented mindset; Bonus: You also have a knack for creating content for Instagram
