Your job
- Planning, organization and implementation of events (e.g. conferences, corporate events, workshops, weddings and private parties, outdoor and mountain events)
- Coordination with reception, F&B, kitchen and housekeeping
- Coordination of all service providers involved (technology, artists, agencies)
- Budget planning, cost control and invoicing of events
- Creation and maintenance of schedules, timetables and checklists
- Coordination with internal departments and external partners
- Supervision of events on site
- Follow-up of events (feedback evaluation, documentation, reporting)
- Active sales
Requirements
What we expect from you
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Experience in project management
- Ability to coordinate several projects in parallel
- Experience in the upscale hotel industry or alpine tourism
- Dealing with an international, discerning audience
- Completed training or studies in event management, event management, tourism, marketing or similar
- Very good knowledge of budget planning and contract management
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally with booking systems in the hotel industry
- Good written and spoken English skills
