Description
We are currently seeking a communicative, energetic, and warm-hearted individual to join our team in the Guest Entertainment & Guest Experience department at our exclusive 5-star hotel in Zell am See.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and entertainment for our hotel guests
- Planning and conducting a variety of leisure activities
- Accompanying guests on short hikes, walks, bike tours, and excursions in the region
- Introducing and sharing regional specialties, sights, and hidden gems
- Ensuring our guests have a memorable vacation experience
- Organizing seasonal activities and experiences outside the hotel
- Point of contact for leisure activities, excursion options, and regional recommendations
- Close collaboration with the front desk
Requirements
- Ideally, you live in the Zell am See–Kaprun region or have excellent local knowledge
- Enthusiasm for tourism, nature, and working with people
- Friendly, open, and well-groomed appearance
- Enjoyment of delighting guests and guiding groups
- Good knowledge of German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Basic physical fitness and an interest in outdoor activities
- Language skills
