THIS WILL HELP YOU SCORE WELL ON THE EXAM…

• You have training in the hospitality industry or can demonstrate several years of experience as a housekeeper
• You are familiar with the hygiene and quality standards of a 4-star hotel and apply them every day
• Through your work, you help ensure that our guests feel comfortable in every area, because you set an exceptionally high standard for cleanliness and hygiene
• A strong willingness to learn
• Solid training in the hotel or restaurant industry with relevant professional experience
• Strong customer focus, ability to handle pressure, reliability, and flexibility
• A structured, goal- and results-oriented approach
• A neat appearance and impeccable manners
