ROOMMATE / ROOMBOY To ensure that guests feel completely at ease, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel is a top priority. The employees in this department are responsible for ensuring that cleanliness is visible throughout the hotel and especially in the hotel room. In the guest room, you are in a private guest area; cleanliness, a well-groomed appearance, honesty and discretion are expected. We respond individually to the wishes of our guests, whether an extra pillow or towel, and let our "smile be heard" here too. We greet our guests audibly so that every guest feels warmly welcomed and accepted at every point and by every team. The tasks include Complete cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, checking "guest supplies" and refilling, checking minibar, cleaning corridors and public areas including wellness area. Work in the laundry room (we wash our hotel linen ourselves), daily loading of the cleaning trolleys and cleaning chambers, and much more..
