- Actively assist with cleaning our guest rooms and common areas.
- Ordering and checking our linen deliveries
- Inspecting the rooms
- Independently managing shifts
- Providing professional training and onboarding for new employees
- Preparing the mise en place for daily operations
Requirements
- Experience in Housekeeping
- Initial leadership experience
- Structured and independent work style
- Organizational skills and flexibility
- Strong guest- and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
- Interest in and enthusiasm for your profession
- Good knowledge of German
