Our family-run Hotel Ramsi is located in Carinthia’s Gail Valley, between Nassfeld and Hermagor. Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- A passion for working with children and parents
- A sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and the ability to work well with others
- A neat and professional appearance, punctuality, and honesty, as well as a willingness to learn
- A love of animals, e.g., for donkey or pony rides
- Creativity and musical talent are a plus
- Ski instructor and/or swimming instructor training is a plus. We’re happy to support you with your ski instructor training—the company may cover the costs.
- Experience with children is a plus
Your responsibilities:
- Running the teen/family program
- Active childcare for toddlers (6 months to 3 years), children (3 to 8 years), and teens (9 to 12 years); indoors and outdoors (for 3- to 8-year-old children and 9- to 12-year-old teens)
- Planning, organizing, and carrying out individual weekly program activities
- Cleaning duties at the Ramsi Kids’ Club
- Language skills

- Starting at €1,940 net for experienced professionals (€1,893 for career changers), including collective bargaining wages and a premium for a 40-hour, 5-day workweek, plus a vacation allowance and Christmas bonus. If needed: Contribution toward the cost of a “single room with kitchen/bathroom/toilet” in the new Ramsi Lodge employee housing: €120 net per month (including utility costs)
