Description
We are looking for additional staff for our central reservations department at Kaltschmid Christian Hotels. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants. Requirements
* Receiving and processing reservations, as well as entering them into our reservation system for our properties: Alpenpark Resort****S, Wellnesshotel Schönruh, and Gasthof Batzenhäusl * Processing written reservation requests * Advising our guests over the phone and entering their requests into the reservation system * Maintaining guest and customer records * Maintaining the booking systems across all relevant channels * Managing rates and availability * Collaborating with the front desk and supporting the front desk team
