Requirements
- Completed relevant training, ideally in the hospitality industry, as well as professional experience in a similar position - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; Italian is a major plus! - Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong guest- and service-oriented mindset - Confident demeanor, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team
