To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Sauna Attendant (m/f/d) to start immediately in a full-time, year-round position.
Your responsibilities:
- You’ll conduct two varied sauna infusions daily, as well as a steam peel, and create unforgettable wellness moments using various infusion techniques, selected scents, and atmospheric presentations.
- With your warm and attentive manner, you’ll care for our spa guests and provide expert assistance with any questions they may have about our wellness area.
- You’ll ensure that our entire spa and sauna area—from the saunas and relaxation rooms to the pool, swimming lake, and garden—is well-maintained, clean, and inviting at all times.
- You consistently adhere to our high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety, thereby making a significant contribution to our guests’ well-being.
- You’ll bring your creativity to the table and continuously develop our sauna offerings with new infusion ideas, special rituals, and innovative concepts.
Requirements
- A passion for wellness, saunas, and warm interactions with people
- A friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor, as well as strong hospitality skills
- An independent, responsible, and reliable work ethic
- Team spirit, warmth, and a passion for creating unforgettable moments of well-being for our guests
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Ideally, experience as a sauna attendant in the upscale hospitality industry or in the wellness sector—motivated individuals who are eager to learn new things are also very welcome here.
We offer you two attractive employment options:
Full-time
Thursday through Monday
9:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
Your morning shift will depend on your qualifications. In addition to managing our spa area, you’ll take on tasks such as cleaning, giving massages, leading activity programs, or similar duties—depending on your experience and training.
