Requirements
Your Responsibilities: • Providing a professional, personalized welcome and care for our hotel and day spa guests • Coordinating and managing spa treatments • Handling cash register duties and actively selling spa treatments and products • Ensuring the well-being of spa guests • Ensuring smooth operations in the spa area in accordance with our high quality standards • General administrative tasks Your profile: • A positive and warm demeanor • Strong interest in health and wellness • Experience in the spa/wellness sector • Good computer skills • A service-oriented personality with strong teamwork skills • Flexibility, strong communication skills, and organizational talent • Very good German and English skills; French and other foreign languages are a plus
