Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel or hospitality industry (e.g., hotel management) or relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in using hotel software (e.g., reservation systems, check-in/check-out)
- Basic knowledge of accounting/cash management (daily closing)
- Good German and English skills (additional foreign languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of security and emergency management
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility (working alone at night)
- Friendly, professional demeanor toward guests
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Ability to handle stress and stay focused while working at night
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work nights
- Work on weekends and holidays
- Flexibility in the face of last-minute changes
- Reception and assistance for guests arriving late
- Check-in/check-out during the night
- Completing the daily closing procedures
- Handling guest requests and complaints
- Ability to work long shifts and night shifts
