Night duty (m/f/d)

For our highly motivated team at the Villa Seilern Vital Resort in Bad Ischl, we are looking for employees who live genuine hospitality with us and inspire our guests again and again with their charisma, commitment and ideas in the following position:

TASKS

• Responsibility for the entire front office during the night
• Tours of the hotel, checking and ensuring security in the hotel
• Check-in and check-out of our guests as well as support and advice
• Taking over guest relations tasks and complaint handling
• Checking invoices and other administrative tasks
• Close cooperation with all other departments

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training in the hotel industry or experience in the front office area is an advantage
• Knowledge of Casablanca hotel software an advantage
• Very good German and English skills are a must, other language skills are an advantage
• High guest and service orientation
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good self-organization
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment

OUR OFFER

• Gross monthly salary of € 2,560 for 40 hours/week (including night bonuses)
• A year-round position with a 5-day week
• Regular working hours from Wednesday to Monday 22:00-06:30
