We are looking for a dedicated breakfast cook

• full-time or part-time

• Starting date: IMMEDIATELY or by arrangement

  We would like you to have:

• Experience in breakfast cooking
• Enjoy working with nice people
• clean appearance and clean working methods
• you work in an organized, independent and results-oriented manner
• high own quality standards
• Enjoy being creative and shaping your own areas of responsibility
• good knowledge of German, at least B2, better C1 or C2

• You enjoy working in a great team (we are not looking for lone wolves)

  Your tasks would be

• working closely with the entire kitchen and service team
• Preparation of egg dishes, omelettes etc. at the breakfast front kitchen
• Preparation of mice en place, preparation of e.g. cold dishes (from lunchtime)
• Monitoring the quality of the food to be prepared
• Daily inspection of food to ensure it is in perfect condition
• Ensuring cleanliness and cleaning -Compliance with hygiene standards
• Duty would be from 7.30 am to 4 pm
• if desired, this position could also be filled as a part-time position with 25-30 hours per week
