We’re looking for a dedicated breakfast chef

• on a part-time, full-time, or mini-job basis

• Start date: IMMEDIATELY or by agreement

  What we’re looking for in you: 

• Good German language skills, at least B2, preferably C1 or C2 
• Experience in breakfast cooking
• Enjoyment of working with friendly people 
• A neat and professional appearance and a clean, organized work style 
• You work in an organized, independent, and results-oriented manner 
• High personal standards for quality 
• Enjoyment of your own creativity and shaping the areas of responsibility assigned to you 

• You enjoy working as part of a great team (we’re not looking for lone wolves)

  Your responsibilities would include 

• Close collaboration with the entire kitchen and service team 
• Preparing egg dishes, omelets, etc., in the breakfast open kitchen 
• Preparation—setting up “mise en place,” preparing cold dishes (starting at noon), for example 
• Monitoring the quality of the dishes being prepared 
• Daily inspection of food to ensure it is in perfect condition
• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation—adherence to hygiene standards 
• Shift hours would be from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (full-time) or 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (part-time)
• Upon request, this position could be filled with more hours or as a part-time job.
• For full-time positions, there would be one split shift twice a week. On two days, you will assist the kitchen team with the evening service (day off).
