We are looking for a dedicated breakfast chef

• part-time or as a mini-job

• Start date: IMMEDIATELY or by agreement

  What we’re looking for in you: 

• Experience in breakfast cooking
• Enjoyment of working with friendly people 
• A neat appearance and clean work habits 
• You work in an organized, independent, and results-oriented manner 
• High personal standards for quality 
• Enjoyment of your own creativity and shaping the areas of responsibility assigned to you 
• Good German language skills, at least B2, preferably C1 or C2 

• You enjoy working in a great team (we are not looking for lone wolves)

  Your responsibilities would include 

• Close collaboration with the entire kitchen and service team 
• Preparing egg dishes, omelets, etc., in the breakfast open kitchen 
• Preparation—setting up mise en place, preparing cold dishes (starting at noon) 
• Monitoring the quality of the dishes being prepared 
• Daily inspection of food to ensure it is in perfect condition
• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation—adherence to hygiene standards 
• Shift hours would be from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Upon request, this position could be filled with more hours or on a part-time basis.We offer you:
