Our family-run 4-star superior Hotel Edelweiss is located right on the ski slope at an elevation of 2,090 meters in Hochsölden. About 25 employees—mostly long-time staff members—work together to provide warm hospitality of the highest standard. With 100 guest rooms and an occupancy rate of around 90%, we primarily welcome guests from German-speaking countries.
To strengthen our team , we’re looking for a Pastry Chef (m/f/d).
Full-time | 6-day workweek | Winter season from late November 2026 to early April 2027
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently managing the pastry department
- Preparing desserts, pastries, and sweet treats
- Creative input into the design of our desserts
- Preparing and carrying out the daily mise en place
- Careful handling of food and resources
- Adherence to our quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Close collaboration with the entire kitchen team
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef or pastry chef
- Ideally, professional experience as a pastry chef (m/f/d) or chef de partie (m/f/d)
- Creativity, a commitment to quality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
- Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- A passion for delighting guests with high-quality desserts
Experience

English B2 (good intermediate level)
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
