The scope of duties includes:
The scope of duties for the Restaurant Specialist apprenticeship primarily involves taking care of our guests. This ranges from advising them on menu and beverage selections and assisting with the organization of events to professional serving (flambéing, filleting, carving, etc.), setting tables, and handling billing tasks. You will thus serve as a “liaison” between guests and the kitchen, as well as a host and point of contact for our guests.
Apprenticeship duration: 3 years
