The area of responsibility is characterized by:
The tasks of the restaurant specialist apprenticeship largely involve looking after our guests. This ranges from advising on menu and beverage selection to assisting with the organization of events, professional serving (flambéing, filleting, carving, etc.), setting tables, and accounting work. This makes you a "mediator" between guests and the kitchen, but also a host and contact person for our guests.
Apprenticeship period: 3 years
