Description
As a restaurant specialist, you ensure that our guests feel welcome and comfortable. You provide them with professional service, advise them on food and beverages, and contribute to a harmonious atmosphere.
The training period for the restaurant specialist apprenticeship is 3 years.

Your tasks during the training:
- Learning beverage and food service
- Providing friendly service to our guests
- Assisting with mise en place tasks
- Setting and decorating tables
- Assisting with cashiering and issuing invoices
- Getting to know the processes in the service area
Requirements
- Interest in training as a restaurant specialist
- Enjoy interacting with guests and working in service
- Friendly demeanor and good manners
- Reliability, commitment, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Interest in gastronomy
- Language skills
