Requirements
*completed training (apprenticeship or school) as a receptionist is an advantage or previous experience at reception *The following tasks await you: *Check-In, Check-Out, running your own cash desk, various paperwork (menu, morning post, animation program, etc.), advising and looking after our international guests. *fair cooperation in a team *Very good knowledge of German and English as well as another foreign language (e.g. Italian) is an advantage *MS Office application knowledge *Complaint management
