Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guest reservations, check-in, and check-out using the "Shiji" hotel software
- Preparing quotes and providing consultation via email or phone
- Event and wedding planning
- Organizing, planning, and fulfilling individual guest requests
- Restaurant reservations
- Preparation/review of invoices, statements, and cash management
- Maintenance of registration forms and guest records
- Information and complaint management
- Close collaboration with all departments to fulfill guest requests
- Handling organizational and administrative tasks
- Conducting consultations and sales discussions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Enthusiasm
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Punctuality and reliability
- Enjoyment of guest interaction and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Languages: German and English, spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- Specialized training in tourism or professional experience in a similar position is a plus
