DAS ALPENHAUS HOTELS & RESORTS is a young, growing hotel group that currently operates seven hotels in Kaprun³, on the Katschberg³, and in Bad Hofgastein.

Tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our guests
- You’ll handle our guests’ check-in and check-out procedures independently
- You are responsible for ensuring accurate billing
- You will work with our reservation system, Protel
- You’ll handle general administrative tasks and translations, such as the morning newsletter, guest news, signs, etc.
- You will handle complaints and feedback and forward them to the appropriate department as needed
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or are a motivated career changer from the office services industry
- You’re a communicative person who enjoys your work
- Ideally, you have experience with Protel
- You speak both German and English fluently
- You have a confident demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
- You are a team player
- You are known for your independent thinking, dedication, and professionalism
- You pay attention to detail
- You keep a clear head even in stressful situations
- Ideally, you already have experience with Protel
- You have prior work experience in the upscale hospitality industry
Experience
3 Jahre Work experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
Computer skills
protel (Good knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
What we offer

- For the record, we pay a salary based on the collective bargaining agreement (however, this is significantly higher, and we are more than happy to offer a higher salary depending on your experience and qualifications)
- Salary starting at 2,265.00 gross per month
- 13th and 14th month’s salary
- If needed, we’ll provide you with housing (bathroom, shower, toilet, Wi-Fi)

Employment & Salary
2400 € gross / month
Starting at $2,400.00. We are happy to offer a higher salary based on qualifications and professional experience.
