Description
Reception is the first impression - and often the best place to meet again, where we greet our guests with an open smile and a real sense of welcome. If you enjoy accompanying people, listening attentively and making their stay something special, then you will fit in perfectly with our team.
From 12.12.2025 we are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) in an annual position.
Your tasks with us:
- You warmly welcome our guests, accompany them at check-in and ensure that their stay runs smoothly.
- You are the contact person for all requests - whether directions, spa appointments or restaurant recommendations.
- You take care of receipts, payments and billing with accuracy and an overview.
- You help design internal guest information such as menus or the morning post and work closely with all departments to ensure that our guests are well looked after at all times
- Work with Fidelio, Hotelkit, Tyngo and MS Office
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel or tourism sector
- Experience at the reception desk of a 4-star superior or 5-star hotel
- Enjoy direct guest contact and genuine service awareness
- Organizational talent, initiative and attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of German (C2) and good knowledge of English (at least B2)
- A well-groomed appearance, positive charisma and strong communication skills
