Requirements
We are a family-run hotel for families and are looking for a qualified receptionist (m/f) for a long-term cooperation. Have you completed training as a hotel specialist and already gained experience at reception or in a service profession? Do you have a good command of German and are you also experienced in English and Italian? It is important that you enjoy working with people and for people - then you are very welcome in our team! At reception, you will be responsible for our guests from welcoming them to saying goodbye. You will give tips for a successful vacation, book appointments, encourage them to take part in the programs and much more... Check in, check out, correspondence etc. is also your task. Our existing team will be on hand to help and make your work fun from the very beginning. We look forward to receiving your application!
