Front and Back Office Manager (m/f/d)

We are a family-run hotel catering to families and are seeking a qualified receptionist (m/f) for a long-term position. Have you completed your training as a hotel manager and already gained experience at the front desk or in a service-oriented role? Are you fluent in German and also proficient in English and Italian? It’s important that you truly enjoy working with and for people—if so, you’re warmly welcome to join our team! At the front desk, you’ll be responsible for our guests, from greeting them upon arrival to seeing them off. You’ll provide tips for a successful vacation, book appointments, encourage guests to participate in our programs, and much more… Check-in, check-out, correspondence, and other tasks are also part of your role.
