Front and back office manager Receptionist (m/f/d)

We are a family-run hotel for families and are looking for a qualified receptionist (m/f) for a long-term position. Have you completed training as a hotel specialist and already gained experience at a reception desk or in a service profession? Are you fluent in German and also experienced in English and Italian? It is important that you enjoy working with and for people – then you are very welcome to join our team! At the reception desk, you will be responsible for our guests, from welcoming them to saying goodbye. You will give tips for a successful vacation, book appointments, encourage guests to participate in programs, and much more. Check-in, check-out, correspondence, etc. are also part of your job.
