Description
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team. You can expect to perform standard front- and back-office reception duties, as well as provide guest services during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. Tasks
- Traditional front- and back-office reception duties
- Managing your own cash register
- Check-in and check-out
- Providing direct guest service upon arrival and departure, as well as during their stay
Requirements
- Relevant work experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Team-oriented approach to work
- Enjoys interacting with people
