At our two 4-star hotels in Serfaus, we delight our guests with our friendliness, warmth, and excellent service. Alongside our guests, our dedicated and satisfied staff are the most important factor in our success. We are looking to expand our teams with seasonal staff for the upcoming seasons.
Requirements
As the primary point of contact for our guests, genuine warmth and friendliness are essential for this position. We require attention to detail, strong computer skills, and fluency in spoken and written English, as well as a meticulous approach to work. Reception duties include, for example, issuing ski school tickets and cable car tickets in the winter, and cable car tickets in the summer... coordinating beauty appointments or managing the summer entertainment staff.
