Who we are:

We are harry's home & Adler Hotels with currently 16 hotels in the D-A-CH region. We include the ADLERS Lifestyle Hotel and the Boutiquehotel Schwarzer Adler in Innsbruck as well as 14 other harry's home hotels in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, which are set for exciting growth in the coming years. Innsbruck is also home to the HelpOffice, which houses the company's management and administrative departments and provides centralized support for the hotels' day-to-day operations. Over the next few years, the hotel group will be expanding rapidly in German-speaking countries.

Requirements

That's you:

You have experience or are very willing to learn
You have a strong service orientation
You are a strong communicator with team spirit and have good empathy
You create offer and reservation confirmations
You carry out check-ins & check-outs
You advise and look after our guests
You actively sell vouchers
You create invoices
You are a passionate host

Language skills

German

B2 (good intermediate level)

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time

Remuneration is based on the relevant qualifications, from € 1900.00 per month on the basis of a full-time position with a 5-day week (14 salaries according to the Austrian collective agreement).
