Who we are:

We are harry's home & Adler Hotels with currently 16 hotels in the D-A-CH region. We include the ADLERS Lifestyle Hotel and the Boutiquehotel Schwarzer Adler in Innsbruck as well as 14 other harry's home hotels in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, which are set for exciting growth in the coming years. Innsbruck is also home to the HelpOffice, which houses the company's management and administrative departments and provides centralized support for the hotels' day-to-day operations. Over the next few years, the hotel group will be expanding rapidly in German-speaking countries.

Requirements

That's you:

With your passion and energy, you inspire not only your team, but also our guests
Your organizational skills and ability to shine under pressure make you an unbeatable team player
You are bursting with ideas and willing to think outside the box to make the impossible possible
You have enough experience in the hotel industry to take on this task

Your tasks:

You are the architect of the guest experience by developing and implementing innovative concepts
As a team leader, you inspire and motivate our team to achieve top performance
Together with the Hotel Manager, you are the conductor of the operational orchestra and ensure that daily business runs smoothly
Together you develop strategies for guest satisfaction and loyalty

Language skills

German

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time

Remuneration is based on the relevant qualifications, from € 2600.00 per month on the basis of a full-time position with a 5-day week (14 salaries according to the Austrian collective agreement).
