Requirements
- Politeness, empathy, and the ability to interact well with guests
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complaints and complications effectively
- Efficient management of reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Fluent German and good English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Collaboration with other departments such as housekeeping and food and beverage
- Handling of sensitive guest information
- Calm and professional demeanor even in stressful situations
