For our Historic Boutique Hotel Cella Central in the heart of Zell am See, we’re looking for a dedicated team member to join our front desk.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Checking our guests in and out
- Providing personalized service to our hotel guests
- Processing reservations and inquiries
- Handling phone and email correspondence
- Accounting and administrative tasks
- Collaboration with all hotel departments
What you bring to the table
- Experience working at a hotel front desk is a plus
- Good command of German and English
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work well in a team and flexibility
- Enjoy working with international guests
- Language skills
