Reception is the central point of contact for guests and their first direct impression of the vacation hotel. We do not have the reservation at the hotel reception, so the area of responsibility at the reception consists of the welcome check-in until the guests leave for their journey home. Our employees at the hotel reception are also co-hosts from the first contact and are ready for the wishes of our guests and for any assistance. We are looking for a qualified and motivated receptionist for our company. You can expect an interesting and responsible position in a well-coordinated team. Requirements

We are seeking someone with software skills in the front desk area who can work collaboratively to strengthen our team at the hotel front desk. The role involves preparing for arriving guests, welcoming them, and providing support through to check-out as an additional helpful and friendly host within our company. Additionally, general front desk duties must be performed. Training apprentices and interns, as well as maintaining contact with housekeeping, the kitchen, and the maintenance staff to ensure a smooth experience for our discerning guests throughout their stay. Providing information and assistance in all vacation-related situations. Maintaining order and cleanliness at the front desk and in the surrounding area is also part of the role.
