Requirements
Ability to independently manage a section while serving as a host; professionalism in service and guest care; ability to work well in a team; contributing to a cheerful and collegial work environment; passion for the chosen profession; attentiveness toward guests and colleagues; and a quick and meticulous work style. Willingness to help and mentor young employees, organizational skills and a structured approach, punctuality and reliability. Ability to advise on beverages and wine with professional service.
