To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly and committed receptionist (m/f/d) starting around June 15, 2026
Our family-run 4-star Aktiv- & Vitalhotel Bergcristall is idyllically located in the Stubai Valley in the district of Volderau – in the immediate vicinity of the Stubai Glacier, one of the most beautiful skiing and hiking areas in Tyrol.
You can expect a young, motivated team, a friendly working environment, and a workplace surrounded by the impressive nature of the Tyrolean Alps.

- Check-in and check-out of our guests
- Preparation and settlement of guest bills
- Telephone service and accepting reservations
- Processing hotel correspondence
- Preparation of morning mail, menus, and notices
- Advising our guests on site (excursions, hikes, activities in the Stubai Valley)
- Maintaining guest contacts and guest care
- Implementation of our quality standards and hotel philosophy
