Your area of responsibility:

Guest care on site
Processing e-mails
Creating menus and morning post
Checking our guests in and out
Managing your own cash register
Answering reservation requests
Concierge activities

Requirements

Tourism training and/or experience
2 years of experience in a comparable position desired
Excellent knowledge of German
Ideally, you have knowledge of Fidelio Suite 8 and MS Office
Open, communicative demeanor, good manners and a good command of German and English
High quality awareness and service orientation as well as host qualities and passion for the hotel industry

Language skills

English

B2 (good intermediate level)

German

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full time (5 days)
