For our 4* superior hotel in the idyllic Brixental Valley - the link between the famous Kitzbühel and the beautiful Inn Valley - we are looking for smart and lively people for exciting tasks: Your tasks: Management of the reception team consisting of 6 people Support of our hotel guests during their entire hotel stay Control of general correspondence and its proper filing Arrival control and arrival preparations Preparation and control of daily closings Administration and control of the reception cash register Participation in management meetings incl. writing the minutes Complaint handling Support in the training of apprentices and interns Shared responsibility for training of receptionists

Requirements

You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable training You are able to work independently and enjoy personal contact with guests with a committed leadership style In addition to German, you have very good English language skills Experience with MS Office You are a team player and have an exemplary work ethic In stressful situations, you remain focused and keep an overview Flexibility, strong communication skills and reliability round off your profile
