You appreciate the time for "Fresh & Homemade" and the quality of high-quality food, you support our kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all dishes and stand for high-quality, tasty and healthy cuisine, and in the absence of the chef you not only swing the cooking spoon, but also take command of the kitchen and crew.

Cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace
completed vocational training as a chef
several years of experience in the upscale hotel industry
strong ability to work in a team
Organizational talent
Hands on mentality
At least 5 years of professional experience
Excellent knowledge of German
