YOUR TASKS:

• Guest care & advice
• Creation and management of offers
• Professional e-mail correspondence with guests and partners
• Invoicing and processing of payments
• Check-in and check-out of guests and management of reservations
• Support with the organization of events and special requests as part of the weekly program
• Providing information about local attractions and offers
• Ideas for the further development of the front office are very welcome
• High creativity and innovation for the company

DEIN PROFIL:

• Training or experience in the hotel or service sector
• very good communication skills in German and English are required
• Warm and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a team and high service orientation
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with TAC and Protel
• High willingness to take responsibility and set an example as well as work independently
• You love your job
