Requirements
Responsibilities:
Providing warm and professional service to our guests
Processing incoming vacation inquiries and reservations via email and phone
Maintaining and managing guest data
Writing daily menus and translating them into English
Various administrative tasks
Close collaboration with all other departments
What we expect:
Professional experience in a front desk role or training with a focus on tourism
Languages: German and English, both spoken and written
A confident and friendly demeanor
