Reception and assistance to hotel guests
Check In / Check Out
Ensuring the highest possible standard of service
well-groomed appearance
Assumption of individual concierge work
Good PC knowledge with all common application programs
perfect German language skills
Good command of English in order to successfully serve our international guests
Your profile:
Friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance, good manners
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Multi-tasking skills
Collegial behavior and team spirit
Structured and independent way of working
High service and guest orientation
