Requirements
• Courteous and warm guest service
• Ensuring smooth processes in the front office
• Check-in/check-out
• Answering phone calls and taking reservations
• Confident manner and good social skills
• Specific professional experience in front office (reservations an advantage)
• Ability to work in a team and be sociable, reliable, flexible, and independent
• Written and spoken German and English (Italian/French an advantage)
• Good computer skills, experience with hotel software
