You are the first smile our guests see - and therefore the heart of our hotel As a receptionist at Haus Zirngast, you provide a warm welcome, help with questions and guide our guests through their stay.
Requirements
Your tasks:
- Check-in & check-out of our guests
- Warm support & advice on site and on the phone
- Processing reservations & guest correspondence
- Close cooperation with housekeeping, service & kitchen
- Order & overview at the reception area
What you bring with you:
- Enjoy dealing with people & genuine hospitality
- Well-groomed appearance & strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and English (other languages an advantage)
- Experience at reception or in the hotel industry an advantage - motivated career changers welcome
- Organizational talent & team spirit
