Description
You are the first smile our guests see—and thus the heart of our establishment. As a receptionist at Haus Zirngast, you’ll provide a warm welcome, assist guests with any questions they may have, and support them throughout their stay.
Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Checking in and out our guests
- Warm and friendly service and advice in person and over the phone
- Processing reservations & guest correspondence
- Close collaboration with housekeeping, service, and the kitchen
- Maintaining order and an overview in the reception area
What you bring to the table:
- Enjoy working with people & genuine hospitality
- A professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Good German and English skills (additional languages a plus)
- Experience in reception or the hospitality industry is a plus – motivated career changers are welcome
- Organizational skills & team spirit
