Description
You are the friendly face that greets our guests first and makes them feel like they have arrived. At reception, you are the central point of contact - you take care of check-in and check-out, answer questions, take reservations on site and ensure that everything runs smoothly at reception. You keep a cool head even in challenging situations and always find a solution.
Your strong communication skills and organizational talent help you to optimally coordinate both guest requests and internal processes . You will work closely with the various departments in the hotel to ensure an all-round successful guest experience.
