We are looking for a qualified and motivated receptionist to join our company. You can expect an interesting and responsible position within a young, innovative team. We offer a varied and challenging role in a dynamic team. Performance-based compensation is a given for us.
We would be happy to provide you with an overview of your duties at our reception desk:
- Telephone service (inquiries and confirmations)
- Guest check-in and check-out (billing)
- Guest support (providing information about the region and activities)
- Email correspondence (responding to inquiries and sending confirmations)
Various reception and accounting tasks

Requirements
Do you have a passion for - being in contact with guests? - to organize different areas? - work in a young team? - perform various tasks to enhance the guests' stay? Are you linguistically gifted and can speak and write other languages in addition to German and English? If you have a confident demeanor and good manners and would like to work in a fine and committed team directly on Lake Wolfgangsee, then you've come to the right place! Experience in the reception area is an advantage. Knowledge of the hotel program Fidelio is not mandatory, but experience with a hotel program is required.
