Receptionist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a flexible, resilient, qualified, and motivated receptionist for the upcoming winter season who is seeking a new challenge.

Your responsibilities:

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out
• Write menus, beverage recommendations, the Morgenpost, etc.
• Communication with guests via email and phone
• Create quotes and send booking confirmations
• On-site vacation advice

Your Profile:

• Relevant completed training or experience working at the front desk
• A passion for work and a friendly, open personality
• Ability to work as part of a team, creativity, motivation, and flexibility
• good communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Computer Skills
